Welcome to the Smart Grocery App, operated by Smart Grocery. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App allows you to browse grocery products, add them to a cart, mark them as bought, and send them to an orders page. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 6 years old to use the App. If you are under 6, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Product prices are set by third-party grocery stores or suppliers and are subject to change. We are not responsible for pricing errors.

Any content you submit to the App, such as product reviews or feedback, is considered non-confidential. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the App.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Grocery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your account and right to use the App will cease immediately.
